Barrio Fiesta Bacolod Style Chicken Inasal
½ cup of white vinegar with 5% acidity
1 pouch of Barrio Fiesta Chicken Inasal Marinade Mix, 40g
1/8 cup of water
1-2 kilos of whole chicken, cut into 8-10 pieces per chicken.
1 tablespoon of cooking oil
1 teaspoon of annatto powder or 2-3 tablespoon of annatto oil.
- In a bowl, combine Barrio Fiesta Chicken Inasal Marinade Mix, water and vinegar. Dissolve powder well.
- Pour Inasal mixture to chicken. Toss and mix well. Until marinade is absorbed.
- Let marinade for 4 hours (overnight is recommended). Grill accordingly on medium heat. Try using a toaster or an oven if desired.
