2 kg Chicken, cut into pieces
3 pcs Red Onions, chopped
1 pc Garlic, minced
5 pcs, Bay Leaves (Laurel leaves)
2 ½ cup Lechon Sauce
½ cup Barrio Fiesta Panlutong Tuba
3 tbsps. Dried Oregano
2 tbsps. Angkak (Fermented rice flour)
3 tbsps. Cooking Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 cups Water
- Put pieces of chicken in a casserole with water and bring to a boil. Once boiled, get the chicken and reserve the stock.
- Sauté the chicken pieces with onions, garlic, bay leaves, dried oregano in the heated cooking oil.
- Add angkak, lechon sauce and Barrio Fiesta Panlutong Sukang Tuba
- Simmer for 10 mins, then add chicken stock to make the sauce thin. Simmer for another 10 mins. Serve while hot.
