Laing Ala Fiesta
- 50g Barrio Fiesta Dried Taro Leaves
- 510g Pure Coconut Cream
- 1 cup water
- Barrio Fiesta Sauteed Shrimp Paste
- 3 cloves Garlic, crushed
- Onion, diced
- 1pc Onion, diced
- 1pc Medium-sized Ginger, crushed
- 1-2pcs Red Chili Pepper, chopped
- Saute Barrio Fiesta Shrimp Paste, Ginger, Garlic and Onion in a pan.
- Add Coconut cream and water. Simmer for 5-10 minutes with occasional stirring
- Pour in Barrio Fiesta Dried Taro leaves. Stir and simmer until cooked.
- Serve hot
